Sales Development Representative (SDR)

ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. You will work closely with our Account Executives and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to successful sales conversion.
YOUR TASK
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including outbound cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Research & Targeting: Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs, pain points, and business goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos with Account Executives for qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth handover.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions with leads in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to better address client needs.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a sales development or customer-facing role, preferably within B2B sales or SaaS industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze potential client needs and match them with product solutions.
  • Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also being self-directed and independent.
